Refund Policy:
30-day return policy: Customers can return any product purchased from the e-commerce store within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund, provided the product is in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories.
Defective products: If the product received by the customer is defective, damaged, or does not match the product description on the website, the customer can return the product for a full refund or exchange.
Refund process: Once the returned product is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used by the customer.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation period: Customers can cancel their order within 3 Day of placing the order, provided the order has not been shipped.

Shipped orders: If the order has already been shipped, customers can still return the product for a refund, subject to the terms of the refund policy.
In case of any dissatisfaction, manufacturing or packaging defect, customers/distributors can return/exchange the product. The customers/distributors must contact the distributor/company from whom they had purchased the same, within 7 days from the date of purchase. They have to provide a reason and return the said products. In case the customer returns the product, it is the distributor's obligation to satisfy the customer’s need for money refund or replacements of products.
The Distributor can then return these products, with original Invoice to the Company. The Company will replace these products free of cost.
